These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your participation in the AI Ministry Summit (the “Summit”), presented by Faith Works Business Group. By using this website or registering for or attending the Summit, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with the website's operation or security, access areas or accounts you are not authorized to access, scrape or harvest information, or use the website in a way that disrupts others' use of it.

General admission to the Summit is currently offered free of charge. Registration is personal to the registrant, and access details should not be shared publicly or redistributed. We may decline or revoke access where participation is disruptive, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

The AI Ministry Summit provides educational and informational content only. Information presented during the Summit is not legal, financial, tax, cybersecurity, pastoral, theological, or other professional advice. Participants are responsible for evaluating AI tools and implementing appropriate human review, privacy, security, organizational policies, and professional guidance before using AI-generated content or automated systems.

The Summit teaches a human-review philosophy for every AI-assisted output: GENERATE → REVIEW → VERIFY → APPROVE.

Live sessions, chat, and Q&A features are intended for constructive participation. You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content; not to promote unrelated products or services; and not to record, stream, or redistribute Summit sessions without written permission.

Summit presentations, recordings, graphics, workbooks, templates, training materials, frameworks, systems, and other original materials are the intellectual property of Faith Works Business Group or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes Summit-branded frameworks and resources where applicable, such as:

Registered participants may use Summit materials only as specifically authorized, for their own internal ministry or organizational purposes. Materials may not be copied, resold, redistributed, republished, commercially taught, sublicensed, or represented as someone else's work without written permission.

Summit sessions and presentations may be recorded for replay, archival, training, or promotional purposes. Attendees who voluntarily participate using audio, video, chat, Q&A, or other interactive features should understand that their participation could potentially appear in event recordings where applicable. If you prefer not to be included, you may participate without enabling your camera or microphone and without submitting chat or Q&A content.

The Summit is delivered through third-party platforms, and this website relies on third-party services. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, content, or practices of third-party platforms or websites we link to.

References to third-party artificial intelligence platforms, software, products, or services are provided for educational purposes and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership unless expressly stated.

This website and the Summit are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website or Summit will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith Works Business Group and its owners, officers, employees, presenters, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of this website, the Summit, or any materials, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the applicable product or access.

We may modify, reschedule, substitute presenters or sessions, or cancel all or part of the Summit or its programming. If a scheduled session changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants using the contact information provided at registration.

General admission is free, and no payment is required to attend. If paid access or a paid product is offered through this website, the applicable purchase, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented before the purchase is completed.

By registering, you agree to receive transactional communications necessary to administer your registration, such as confirmations, reminders, and access details. Promotional email and SMS communications require separate consent, and you may opt out of promotional messages at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms, this website, or the Summit will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
