Event & Educational Disclaimer
Last updated: September 2026
Educational Purpose Only
The AI Ministry Summit provides educational and informational content only. Information presented during the Summit is not legal, financial, tax, cybersecurity, pastoral, theological, or other professional advice. Participants are responsible for evaluating AI tools and implementing appropriate human review, privacy, security, organizational policies, and professional guidance before using AI-generated content or automated systems.
Human Review Comes First
The Summit teaches that AI assists people — it does not replace discernment, presence, or pastoral judgment. Every AI-assisted output should move through the same sequence:
GENERATE → REVIEW → VERIFY → APPROVE
A human should review and approve anything an AI tool helps produce before it is sent, published, or relied upon.
Results Disclaimer
Examples of potential time savings, efficiency improvements, workflows, results, or outcomes are illustrative only. Individual results vary based on an organization's circumstances, implementation, technology, staffing, policies, and other factors. No particular outcome is guaranteed.
Recording Notice
The AI Ministry Summit may be recorded. Presentations and sessions may be recorded for replay, archival, training, or promotional purposes. Attendees who voluntarily participate using audio, video, chat, Q&A, or other interactive features should understand that their participation could potentially appear in event recordings where applicable.
If you prefer not to appear in a recording, you may attend without enabling your camera or microphone and without submitting chat or Q&A content.
Third-Party Technology
References to third-party artificial intelligence platforms, software, products, or services are provided for educational purposes and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership unless expressly stated.
AI platforms change frequently. Features, pricing, terms, and data-handling practices are controlled by those providers, and you should review their current terms and privacy practices before using them with ministry or organizational information.
Your Responsibility
You remain responsible for the content your organization sends, publishes, or acts upon, including content created with AI assistance, and for protecting the privacy of the people you serve.
